1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and y99999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the y99999 website located at https://y99999.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered thereon (collectively, the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By registering an account, accessing the platform or otherwise using any part of the Service, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you are legally permitted to access the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction; and (c) you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service. y99999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with y99999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, at the time of registration. y99999 does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. Any Account found to be held by a person below the minimum age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Service from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, including any country or region that has imposed a complete block on such services.
• You must register using accurate, current and complete personal information. The provision of false, misleading or fraudulent registration data constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension.
• You may hold only one (1) Account with y99999 at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances.
• You must not be a director, officer, employee, consultant or agent of y99999 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

When registering an Account, you are required to provide truthful and accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You must keep this information current and notify y99999 promptly of any changes.

4.1 KYC Documentation

y99999 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your registered mobile wallet or bank account bearing your name)
• Source of funds documentation where required under applicable AML regulations

4.2 Verification Timelines

y99999 will endeavour to process KYC submissions promptly. However, we cannot guarantee specific processing timelines. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of verification. Users are advised to complete KYC at the earliest opportunity to avoid delays.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. y99999 will not be liable for any losses, damages or unauthorised transactions resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials.

5 Permitted Use of the Service

Subject to these Terms and your continued eligibility, y99999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, or publicly display any Content without y99999's prior written consent
• Scrape, crawl, data-mine or systematically extract data from the Service by automated means
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party
• Frame, mirror or embed any portion of the Service on any external website or application
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or derive source code from any part of the Service

y99999 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. Any use of the Service not expressly permitted herein is prohibited.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y99999 platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person or using stolen payment credentials.
• Multiple accounts: Opening, operating or benefiting from more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers including, but not limited to, arbitrage, matched betting across multiple accounts, or any other strategy intended to generate risk-free returns from bonuses.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer or peer-to-peer game formats.
• Use of automated software: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated software to interact with the Service.
• Money laundering: Using the Service to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or in a manner designed to conceal the origin of such funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent or unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks against legitimate transactions.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a verifiable technical error may be voided.

7 Deposits & Payment Methods

To place wagers or access real-money features of the Service, Users must make a deposit using one of the payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, and applicable fees are subject to change without notice.

7.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• y99999 does not accept cash deposits or deposits via anonymous payment instruments.
• Deposit fees charged by third-party payment processors are the responsibility of the User.
• Deposits that cannot be confirmed within a reasonable period may be reversed at the operator's discretion, subject to applicable processing guidelines.

7.2 Currency

Where PKR is selected as your Account currency, all balances, wagers, winnings and bonus figures will be denominated and displayed in Pakistani Rupee. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the operator and may include a spread or conversion fee.

8 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier.
• Processing times vary by payment method, operator review requirements and your Account status. y99999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines.
• Where bonus funds are active, withdrawals may be restricted until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• y99999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where AML or fraud checks require it.
• Withdrawals of amounts inconsistent with the deposited sum without adequate betting activity may be held pending investigation.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

y99999 may offer various promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, free spins, cashback and loyalty rewards. All such offers are subject to the general conditions set out in this Section 9 and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms prevail.

9.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement would require PKR 100,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. Actual wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms.

9.2 Maximum Bet Restriction

While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per wager typically applies. Exceeding this limit — whether intentionally or inadvertently — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum bet restriction is specified in each promotion's individual terms.

9.3 Game Contribution

Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots commonly contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer products may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%). Zero-contribution games exist. Users must check the game contribution schedule applicable to each promotion.

9.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and free spins are subject to an expiry period, after which any unused bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom will be forfeited. The expiry period is specified in each promotion's terms — commonly between 7 and 30 calendar days from the date of activation.

9.5 Maximum Cashout

Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus winnings. For illustrative purposes, a cap of PKR 25,000 on a PKR 5,000 bonus means any winnings exceeding that cap will not be withdrawable. The maximum cashout figure, where applicable, is specified in each promotion's terms.

9.6 Bonus Abuse

y99999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus — including associated winnings — where it has reasonable grounds to believe a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or any other strategy designed to circumvent bonus conditions. This determination is made at y99999's sole discretion.

10 Betting Rules

All bets placed through y99999 are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each market or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed the relevant rules and understand the terms of the wager.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event, as displayed at the time of placement.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be amended, cancelled or voided by the User except where a specific cash-out or edit-bet feature is available and conditions are met.
• In-play ("live") betting odds are subject to rapid change. y99999 reserves the right to suspend or refuse in-play bets where market integrity concerns arise, including but not limited to technical issues, match interruptions or late score updates.
• Bets placed on events that have already concluded ("late bets") will be voided and stakes returned, subject to the operator's review.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, y99999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. "Obvious error" is assessed at the operator's discretion based on prevailing market prices.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated based on the confirmed final result. Where a result is subject to official review, appeal or disqualification after settlement, the operator may re-settle bets accordingly.

11 Responsible Gambling

y99999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing Users with the tools and information needed to keep their play within safe and enjoyable limits.

• Adults only: The Service is strictly available to adults aged 18 or over — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period as determined by the operator.
• Loss limits: A maximum loss cap per defined time period can be set via Account settings. Requests to lower loss limits take immediate effect; requests to raise them are subject to a mandatory waiting period.
• Session time limits: Users may set limits on total session duration. A notification will be issued when the set limit is approached.
• Self-exclusion: Users who feel they need a break from gambling may self-exclude for a defined period — from a minimum of 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to the support team and will be processed promptly. During self-exclusion, promotional communications will be suspended.

12 Intellectual Property

All Content on the y99999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of y99999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Service. You may not reproduce, republish, download (other than page caching), print, modify, copy or distribute any Content without y99999's express prior written consent.

y99999 respects third-party intellectual property rights. If you believe that any Content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the address set out in Section 17 below.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y99999, its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents and licensors expressly exclude all warranties, conditions and other terms — whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise — in relation to the Service.

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, y99999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, whether direct or indirect
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Technical failures, service interruptions, data errors or inaccuracies beyond our reasonable control
• Losses resulting from a User's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to maintain Account security
• Any reliance placed on information or Content available through the Service

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14 Account Termination & Suspension

14.1 Termination by y99999

y99999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has violated any provision of these Terms
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or money laundering purposes
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Users
• Regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so

In the event of closure for cause, y99999 may withhold Account balances pending investigation and, where misconduct is confirmed, may forfeit such balances in accordance with applicable law.

14.2 Voluntary Closure by the User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Voluntarily closed Accounts may be subject to a re-registration cooling-off period at the operator's discretion.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Service terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6, 12, 13 and 15 — shall remain in full force and effect.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which y99999 is licensed and registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

y99999 does not represent that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Users access the Service from their own location at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, including but not limited to Pakistani laws governing online gambling and financial transactions.

16 Amendments to These Terms

y99999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — for example, by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email to registered Account holders — prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last reviewed" date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent review. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must stop using the Service and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. y99999 is not obligated to provide individual notification of every minor change, though material changes affecting User rights will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
